The people we appoint work for the buyer, not for us.

Title work, legal due diligence, valuation and tax are not done by this desk. They are done by independent professionals we appoint for each file. That separation is the point: the person checking the contract must be free to tell the buyer to walk away from it.

Who we appoint

Property lawyers

Turkish bar, real-estate practice. They review title and contract, and they instruct the buyer, not the desk.

Valuers and surveyors

For an independent view of the building and the price, where the file calls for one.

Accountants and tax advisers

For the tax position in Türkiye and, where it matters, at home.

Translators and notaries

So that what is signed and what was understood are the same document.

How we choose them

By reputation among people who have used them, by their willingness to put an opinion in writing, and by whether they will say no. An adviser who has never told a client to stop is not an adviser.

We do not take a fee from any professional in return for the appointment, and we do not appoint anyone who offers one. Their fee is disclosed to the buyer and paid by the buyer, which is what keeps them independent.

Write to the desk. We are interested in practitioners in Türkiye who work with foreign clients and are used to explaining a Turkish process to someone who has never seen one. There is no register to join and no acceptance to be granted — we keep a private list of people we would call, and it grows by working together on something small first.
