trpropertyoffice.com is written for someone deciding whether to buy a home or place capital in Türkiye. This side is written for the people on the other end of that decision — the developers whose projects we take on, the capital that funds them, and the lawyers, surveyors and advisers who do the work that makes a file safe to sign.
What the Office is
TR Property Office is an independent desk. We take on a small number of Turkish projects, review them before we publish a word about them, and then stay with each buyer file from the first conversation to the title deed. The buyer never pays us.
We are not a volume listings portal or an open broker directory. We do not publish a wall of inventory and we do not pass a project to whoever asks for it. A project is either on the desk or it is not, and being on the desk means someone here has read the file.
The Office is founder-led. Independent lawyers, surveyors and accountants are appointed per file and work for the buyer, not for us. That is the whole structure, described honestly, and it is why there is no org chart on this page.
