TR Property Office is an editorial concierge for buying property in Türkiye. We curate projects, introduce you to exceptional people, and stay with you before, during, and for twelve months after you've bought.
We started this because we kept meeting people who wanted to buy in Türkiye but didn't know how. Not the price. Not the flights. How — as in, who do you trust? How do you know the developer is good? How do you know the title is clean?
The answers turned out to be specific. You visit the project yourself. You read the licences and the title deed, not the brochure. You send a researcher to spend a week in each city. You ask the developer what happens if delivery slips — and you watch their face when they answer. You build relationships with the lawyers before you send anyone to sign.
We've done all of that. The result is a small catalogue of projects we believe in, built by developers we'd buy from ourselves, in places we'd choose to live. We are not a marketplace. We are not a referral engine. We are an editorial concierge — and the edit is serious.
Everything on this site has been seen, walked, checked, or reviewed by someone on this team. When we recommend a project, it's because someone stood on the site. When we list a developer, it's because someone on our team has reviewed their licences and delivery record. We will never list something we haven't checked, and we will remove it the moment we stop believing in it.
How we decide what goes in — and what doesn't.
We receive referral fees from partner developers at fixed rates agreed in advance. These rates are the same regardless of how many buyers we introduce. The service is free to you — a partner cannot pay to be featured; they are selected editorially and the fee is set afterwards.
If we stop trusting a partner — for any reason — we remove them. The referral relationship ends. This has happened twice since we launched. We do not name the partners we removed.

All legal and financial decisions are made by qualified, licensed lawyers and advisers. We do not provide legal, financial, or investment advice.
