TR Property Office is an information and introduction service. We help you explore, plan, and connect with vetted property developers and independent legal partners in Türkiye. We are not a law firm, brokerage, or financial advisor and do not offer legal or financial advice.
No legal or financial advice
All content on this platform is for informational purposes only. Nothing constitutes legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. Always consult a qualified independent lawyer and advisor before making any property or investment decision. Buying property abroad carries inherent risks that you accept by using this platform.
Introduction, not sale
Purchases facilitated through TR Property Office are contracts between you and the developer or seller. Gizem Burteçin acts solely as an intermediary. We are not party to the purchase contract and accept no liability for the outcomes of any transaction.
Payments and cancellations
Deposit and payment terms are set by each developer and communicated at the time of reservation. Cancellation and refund policies vary by developer. Review them carefully, with your own lawyer, before confirming. TR Property Office charges no platform fee to buyers.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, photographs, property descriptions, and brand assets — is owned by Gizem Burteçin or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gizem Burteçin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this platform or from services provided by developers or partners.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
